Ms. Dhirisha Naidoo has nearly 20 years of experience strengthening HIV and TB services and the primary health care system in South Africa. A professional nurse by training, Ms. Naidoo’s strong clinical background gives her a deep understanding of the practical and operational realities of implementation. She is an authority on leveraging technology and data to drive public health outcomes, translating technological innovation to practical execution to reach program targets. Currently, she is the Chief of Party (COP) of BroadReach’s $207 million Accelerating Program Achievements to Control the Epidemic (APACE) program, one of the largest PEPFAR-funded programs globally. In this role, she provides technical and operational direction for activities, supporting more than half a million people on antiretroviral therapy (ART) and strengthening the health system at multiple levels.
